Hoa Binh Hydroelectric Time Capsule

The Hoa Binh Hydroelectric Plant is like taking a step back into time.

A time where the computers were the size of a room, you had big colorful lights blinking on and off, and that 1970’s Industrial Communist design is everywhere.

In it’s heyday, it was a symbol of great national pride and achievment.
